HighCo is looking for Integral Shopper a Marketing Project Manager H/F.


Planning, management, coordination and financial control of a project
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Successfully manage the relationship with the suppliers, clients and all stakeholders
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Company process Drafting and consolidating
New Digital solution set-up and launch plan
Digital Campaigns Back Office Management
Company internal software and information system improvement



Marketing Offering
Trade Marketing Events performance: Sales + Gross Margin per event
Expend our core business solutions business: Yearly sales per solution + Tool performance
Sales speech and sales tools package
Create new marketing tools to boost performance
Improve existing solutions from sales to gross margin performance
Incremental business & New ON/OFF solutions: Market opening and growth
Identify and assess market potential
Support Sales tem for key clients’ specific projects
Draft and implement Marketing Mix – Go to market kit
Competition market watch and defense plan
Integral Shopper brand awareness & equity toward our audience
Define and execute corporate identity omni-channel strategy
Corporate Event: Coordinate event from AtoZ insuring high attendance and positive partner feedback
Back office: Company ERP and Information system
Back office Project management: Planning, management, coordination and financial control of a project
Follow up on team usage
Budget: Handle Marketing budget and control expenses to ensure best gross margin levels


  • Have 4 years’ professional experience including project management
  • Are a “passionate marketer” with a special interest in “Promotions”
  • Are a creative who is able to convert your ideas into actions and to measure their performance
